Luis Allen Salon combines an upscale atmosphere with a welcoming and warm staff, offering a unique salon experience. Our immaculate space allows a maximum capacity of only six hair stylists. This "smaller by design" approach garners more intimacy and differentiates us from other salons in Rockwall / Heath.
Attentive stylists take pride in their ability to listen to and meet the needs and desires of their clients. Our goal is for all clients to leave our salon feeling confident, beautiful, and eager to come back and experience it again.

A TRUE STORY
Nearly a century ago a young pharmacist called Jan Keune bottled his first product in Amsterdam - 1922 to be precise. He put his name on the bottle and put his heart and soul into the product. Leighanna Walker
Owner, Stylist
Leighanna's passion lies within the beauty Industry. Trained in New York and Highland Park by some of the top French stylists in the hair industry Leighanna has mastered French Techniques as part of her mastery. Her specialties are color, balayage, cuts, extensions, and brazilian blowouts. Scarlett Smith
Stylist
Scarlett graduated from Aveda Institute in Dallas and has been doing hair for 10 years. She is a Master hair technician in all hair services including color corrections and all types of cuts. Scarlet has a loyal client following that appreciates her patience and dedication to her craft.
Laura Tomaj
Stylist
Laura's passion lies with color. Her skills include balayage, cuts, and elegant updos. Laura is from Kosovo. Her motto is to "inspire through vibrant energy and sheer hard work". She wants her clients to experience their best selves - look good, feel good! Outside the studio, Laura enjoys working out, baking traditional cakes/pastries, and having fun with her three daughters and husband.
Rian (Adrian) Rodriguez
Stylist
Rian graduated from Ogle in 2015 and moved to Houston where he mastered his cut & coloring knowledge and techniques. His passion started at age 14 when he would do his mom's, friends' & teachers' hair. Now with 8 years experience he is very skilled with blonding, vivids, balayage, color corrections, lived in or dimensional hair color, and various cutting techniques from long to short hair.
Moriah Crowder
Stylist
With seven years in the industry, Moriah is experienced in doing hair extensions and skilled in blonding, blending, precision cutting, and hand-tied extensions. Moriah plays guitar, sings, dances, and enjoys home barbeques with her fiancé and 3 kids. She loves to laugh and make people laugh...and more than anything making her clients feel confident and beautiful.
Sydnee Jevnick
Stylist
Sydnee has been passionate about hair since her kindergarten days, always being the go-to friend for everyone's hair needs. A graduate of Toni&Guy, she began her career in Highland Park, specializing in blondes, lived-in color, color transformations, and styling for all hair types. Becoming a stylist was a dream come true. Her passion is ignited when her clients radiate that "feel good because they look good" glow.
Payton Brower
Stylist
Payton started her journey into the hair industry at Aveda Institute in Indianapolis, IN back in 2018. Her passion lies most with color, including lived in color, color corrections, and vivids. She also has a huge passion for extensions and the transformation they create.
